Shasha was really friendly, and inquisitive about the property, which put me at ease. His inspection was thorough but not daunting. He was mindful of wearing a mask and taking his shoes off which shows a lot of respect and punctual with time. His knowledge and experience shows and he seems to like what he does. This was reflected  within his report which was really helpful.

Shasha carried out an EPC on our property and did an excellent job. He was polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure our report was as comprehensive as possible. For instance, there was an issue with our boiler but Shasha was able to research the model and make and as a result of his efforts our rating was improved. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending EPC World.
